Privacy Policy

GM Anon is built to hold as little about you as possible. This policy lists everything we do hold, who else is involved when you use GM Anon, and how long things are kept. The short version is on the privacy page.

    What we hold

    • Your wallet address. It is your account. We also keep when the account was made, whether saved history is on, and a check value that tells a new device whether your wallet makes the same history key. The check value is not the key.
    • Signed-in devices. For each device: a scrambled form of its sign-in token, the name you gave it (if any), and when it signed in and expires.
    • Saved history, encrypted. If history is on, your chats are encrypted on your device before they reach us. We can't read them.
    • Receipts. For each answer: the model, the company that served it, the number of tokens, the cost, how many details Prompt Shield masked, and when. Never what you wrote or what the model answered.
    • Credit and payments. Your balance, each top-up (the paying wallet, the amount and the transaction) and each charge.
    • Free answers. How many your wallet used today, so the daily free pool is shared fairly. Your browser solves a small puzzle before each free answer; the puzzle carries nothing about you.

    What we don't collect

No email, name, phone number or ID. We don't log IP addresses or browser details, and we don't use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising. The page loads nothing from other companies.

The only cookie is the one that keeps a device signed in. Your messages pass through our server on their way to the model and are not stored or logged.

    Who else is involved

    • OpenRouter and the AI companies (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, DeepSeek and others) receive your messages after Prompt Shield has masked them, under GM Anon's account and with no identifier of yours. Every request asks for zero data retention.
    • Alchemy, our blockchain data provider, answers our server's questions about public Ethereum data: whether a payment arrived, and whether a wallet looks long-used. It sees wallet addresses our server asks about, not you.
    • WalletConnect, only if you connect a phone wallet that way: its relay sees that a connection happened, not your chats.
    • Coinbase, only if you choose Coinbase Wallet: its software runs in your browser to connect your wallet.
    • DigitalOcean, our hosting provider, runs our servers and stores our database, including encrypted history.
  4. 04

    How long we keep things

    • Signed-in devices: until you sign out, or 30 days after sign-in.
    • Saved history: until you delete it, or until you use the wipe button, which deletes all of it and signs every device out.
    • Receipts, credit and payment records: for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records.
    • Sign-in requests: ten minutes.
    • How many free answers a wallet used today: until the end of the next day, to share the daily free pool fairly.
  5. 05

    Your choices

You can turn saved history off, so chats vanish when you close the tab; delete chats one by one; wipe everything; and sign out any device. Because the account is a wallet, using a fresh wallet funded privately is the strongest choice you can make.

  6. 06

    Requests from authorities

We follow valid legal requests. We can only hand over what we hold, which is listed above. We can't decrypt saved history.

  7. 07

    Children

GM Anon is for people aged 18 and over.

  8. 08

    Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
