When these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean the people who run GM Anon.

You sign in by signing a message with a crypto wallet. The wallet address is your account. We never ask for your name, email or ID.

Keep your wallet safe. We can't recover an account, its credit or its saved history if you lose access to the wallet, and anyone who controls the wallet controls the account.

You can use GM Anon only if:

• you are 18 or older;
• you are not a person or entity on a sanctions list, and you are not acting for one;
• you are not in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions; and
• using GM Anon is legal where you are.

We check wallets against the US Treasury's sanctions list. A listed wallet can't sign in or add credit.

GM Anon works on prepaid credit, counted in US dollars. You add credit by sending USDC on the Ethereum network from the wallet you signed in with. A payment from another wallet, on another network or in another token may be lost, and we may be unable to return it.

Each answer is charged at the model's price plus our fee, as shown on the pricing page. Prices follow the model makers' and can change; the receipt for each answer shows what it cost. An answer that fails isn't charged. An answer you stop is charged for the part that was written.

Credit can only be spent on GM Anon. It isn't money, earns nothing and can't be withdrawn.

One free model may be offered with a daily limit. We can change or end it at any time.

The model makers' usage policies apply to everything you send. You agree not to use GM Anon to:

• break the law, or help anyone else break it;
• create or seek sexual content involving minors, in any form;
• write malware, attack systems, or defraud or harass people;
• get around our limits, for example by using many wallets to farm the free model; or
• interfere with the service or other people using it.

We don't know who you are, so we deal with abuse by limiting or banning the wallet involved.

Answers come from AI models made by other companies. They can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and they are not financial, legal, tax or medical advice. Check anything important before you rely on it. You are responsible for what you do with an answer.

What you write and what the models answer belong to you, as far as the law and the model makers' terms allow. We don't claim any rights in it, and we can't read your saved history: it's encrypted with a key only your wallet can make. The privacy policy explains what we hold.

We work to keep GM Anon running well, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove models and features.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your wallet, your device or the blockchain. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

You can stop using GM Anon at any time, and delete your saved history from the app. We can suspend or ban a wallet that breaks these terms.

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using GM Anon after that, the new terms apply.
